Refund Policy

The 35% deposit paid at the start of any project is non-refundable. This covers the time spent on consultation, planning, and initial design development.

If the project is cancelled by the client after work has begun but before completion, any work completed up to that point will be billed, and partial refunds may be offered at my discretion, depending on how much work has been done.

No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered.

I am not responsible for issues related to third-party printing (e.g., color variance, paper quality, trimming, etc.). It is strongly advised that you request a test print or proof copy from your chosen printer before full production. If there are errors traceable to the design files, I will work to correct them at no extra cost.
