All materials you share with me — including but not limited to your manuscript, book cover concepts, personal notes, and correspondence — are treated as strictly confidential. I will never share, reproduce, or distribute your content without your explicit, written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

Your work is your own. I do not claim any ownership over your manuscript, book content, or cover design concepts. Any designs I create for you are done so under the understanding that you retain full rights to your book and its associated materials.

3. No Unauthorized Use

I will never sell, reuse, or repurpose any part of your manuscript or book design for any purpose other than completing the services we've agreed upon. Your creative work remains yours — always.

4. Optional Portfolio Use

If you’re happy with the final book cover design and agree in writing, I may request permission to display the finished cover as part of my portfolio or promotional materials. This is entirely optional and only done with your consent.
